Testing low cost technologies

Jolly Poultry is committed to make Kuroiler accessible to Kenyan smallholders. This means we are not only making sure that our chicks fit the needs of smallholders in terms of strength, vaccination and price but we are also testing new technologies in the strive to reduce cost.

Last week we have been testing papier mache, a technique with flour glue and old newspaper to build furniture for our chicken. We are not yet happy with the result, and we will continue testing different types of glue.
We will let you know as we will have a convincing result!

Do you have a convincing low cost technology? contact us ! we will be happy to feature it here!
